Use this page to make a payment for Phone Consultations using PayPal with a debit card, credit card, or PayPal account. A PayPal account is not required.

Advance payment is required for phone consultations. If you need to cancel, please call 1-360-856-5631 at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund.

Instructions

1. Send a brief message to chezwilly@aol.com describing the dog problem(s) you would like to discuss on the phone. Include the best days and times to schedule the call. Make sure to include your telephone number.
2. You will receive a return email with two time options. Please let me know if you wish to use a speaker phone or record the call.
3. Once a time is confirmed, you will be directed to make a payment on PayPal.
4. Carmen will call you at the designated day and time.

Phone consultations are not pro-rated.
